Added in 2025, we have expanded our pool area with a large outdoor industrial pavilion and outdoor kitchen. An onsite vintage Airstream has been converted into a storage and prep kitchen space with areas to hang long after the sun goes down. Functionally we also have a spot for any of your favorite food trucks to pull right up and serve guests under shade.

The San Marcos River is a unique, spring-fed river in Central Texas, famous for its year-round 72°F temperature, crystal-clear water, and rich biodiversity, supporting endangered species like the Texas Blind Salamander and Texas Wild Rice. Seasonally things are lively and rowdy during peak river-floating seasons but when temps are perfect outside you have a peaceful and wow-evoking space you and your guests will want to linger at.
